RoofSnap: what it is, what it costs, and an alternative that estimates more than roofs
RoofSnap is a roofing app: it sells roof measurement reports from $13 an order with no subscription, and a subscription from $105 a month a user (from $52 billed yearly for larger teams) that adds estimating, material orders and payments. BluMatrix measures the roof from the address too, and also measures rooms on the phone and writes the estimate line by line for any trade, with an ESX file for Xactimate.

What RoofSnap does
RoofSnap is built for roofing companies. It measures roofs two ways: reports ordered by the address, delivered in about 4 hours (rush in as little as 30 minutes), or measurements you draw yourself on the roof’s imagery. Subscribers also get estimating, material ordering, good-better-best proposals, homeowner financing through Acorn Finance, and deposits and payments in the app.
