Using BluMatrix

BluMatrix helps create project documentation, reports, and estimates from user-provided descriptions, photos, LiDAR scan data, and attachments. You are responsible for reviewing all generated outputs before relying on them or sharing them.

Estimates and measurements

Floor plan measurements, AI-generated text, pricing suggestions, and estimate drafts are estimates only. Verify measurements, quantities, pricing, code requirements, insurance requirements, and scope decisions independently before bidding, invoicing, or submitting claim documents.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, scans, notes, documents, and business information you add to BluMatrix. You grant us permission to process that content to provide the app, sync data, generate reports, create estimates, and support requested features.

Subscriptions, purchases, and pricing

BluMatrix Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed at $49.99 / month or $479 / year. Eligible new subscribers start with a 3-day free trial that includes 100 credits; the first charge happens when the trial ends unless auto-renew is turned off before then. Each monthly period includes 600 credits (building an estimate is 20 credits, an AI Photo Report is 10 and an AI edit is 2, so 30 estimates or a mix). Floor plans, roof measurements, sketch editing, PDF exports and ESX exports do not use credits. Monthly credits are spent first and expire at the end of the period they were granted for.

BluMatrix Team is an auto-renewing monthly subscription for one shared workspace, billed at $129.99 / month for 3 seats, $199.99 / month for 5 seats, or $349.99 / month for 10 seats, and includes 2,000, 2,800 or 4,800 credits a month pooled across the team. Credit packs are one-time purchases of $19.99 for 50 credits, $59.99 for 200, or $119.99 for 500; pack credits never expire and do not renew. In-app purchases made in earlier versions of BluMatrix stay valid in those versions.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars; the App Store or Google Play shows your local price and currency before you confirm. Purchases and subscriptions are sold through Apple In-App Purchase on iPhone and iPad and through Google Play on Android, and the store manages payment, receipts, refunds, cancellations, and official offer codes.

Auto-renewal. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically for the same length and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Credit packs do not renew.

The App Store and Apple

This agreement is between you and Blue Collar Pro only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for BluMatrix or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for BluMatrix.

If BluMatrix fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the app to you (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to BluMatrix. Blue Collar Pro, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to BluMatrix, including product-liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, claims under consumer-protection or privacy law, and third-party claims that the app or your use of it infringes intellectual-property rights.

Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting,” and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

BluMatrix and its generated reports, measurements, and estimates are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Collar Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on generated outputs that you did not independently verify.

Acceptable use

Do not use BluMatrix to upload unlawful content, violate another person’s rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or misrepresent generated documents as independently verified measurements or professional advice when they have not been reviewed.

Availability

We work to keep BluMatrix reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, network issues, provider outages, or updates. Some features require internet access, supported hardware, active Apple services, and available third-party providers.
