Terms of Use & License Agreement

Effective June 2, 2026. These Terms of Use (also the end user license agreement, or “EULA”) are an agreement between you and Blue Collar Pro for the BluMatrix apps for iPhone, iPad and Android, the BluMatrix website, and related services. By creating an account or using BluMatrix, you agree to these terms.

Using BluMatrix

BluMatrix helps you document properties and build estimates: floor plans from LiDAR scans or from corners you mark, roof measurements, photo reports, estimates, PDF and ESX exports, and the Assistant. It works from the descriptions, photos, scans, and attachments you provide. You are responsible for reviewing everything BluMatrix generates before you rely on it or share it.

Estimates and measurements

Floor plan and roof measurements, EagleView roof reports, AI-generated text, pricing suggestions, and estimate drafts are estimates only. Verify measurements, quantities, pricing, code requirements, insurance requirements, and scope decisions independently before bidding, invoicing, or submitting claim documents.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, scans, notes, documents, and business information you add to BluMatrix. You grant us permission to process that content to provide the app, sync data, generate reports, create estimates, and support requested features.

Team workspaces

A team workspace is shared: its members can see and work on the workspace’s projects, and the workspace owner manages its members, plan, and billing. If your organization has a separate written agreement with Blue Collar Pro, such as an enterprise plan, that agreement governs where it differs from these terms.

Sending estimates and signatures

When you send an estimate, report, or link from BluMatrix, we deliver it by email or text message on your behalf. Send only to people who expect to hear from you. Your client can review, approve, sign, or ask for changes to an estimate online. To sign, they confirm with a code sent to the phone or email the estimate went to, and we keep the signature with its record: the signer’s name, the time, and the IP address and device or browser used.

Plans and prices

BluMatrix Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed at $49.99 / month or $479 / year. Eligible new subscribers start with a 3-day free trial of the full plan with 600 credits; the first charge happens when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Each monthly period includes 600 credits (building an estimate is 20 credits, an AI Photo Report is 10 and an AI edit is 2, so 30 estimates or a mix). Floor plans, roof measurements, sketch editing, PDF exports and ESX exports do not use credits. Monthly credits are spent first and expire at the end of the period they were granted for.

BluMatrix Team is an auto-renewing monthly subscription for one shared workspace, billed at $129.99 / month for 3 seats, $199.99 / month for 5 seats, or $349.99 / month for 10 seats, and includes 2,000, 2,800 or 4,800 credits a month pooled across the team. Credit packs are one-time purchases of $19.99 for 50 credits, $59.99 for 200, or $119.99 for 500; pack credits never expire and do not renew. Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money.

EagleView roof reports are one-time purchases of $7.99 per property. We order the report from EagleView when you buy it.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The App Store or Google Play shows your local price and currency before you confirm, and on the website any tax that applies is shown before you pay. In-app purchases made in earlier versions of BluMatrix stay valid in those versions.

Where you buy and how renewal works

On iPhone and iPad, purchases are made through Apple In-App Purchase and charged to your Apple account. On Android, purchases are made through Google Play and charged to your Google account. On the BluMatrix website, purchases are paid by card through Stripe.

Auto-renewal. A subscription is charged when you confirm it, or when its free trial ends, and renews automatically for the same length and price until you cancel. For the App Store or Google Play, turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription in that store’s subscription settings, and a website subscription on the billing page of the BluMatrix website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Credit packs and EagleView roof reports do not renew.

Team size on the website. When you add seats to a team bought on the website, the larger team starts right away with a new billing period and is charged then, with credit for the unused part of your current period. When you remove seats, the smaller team starts at your next renewal.

Refunds

All sales are final. As a policy, Blue Collar Pro does not give refunds or credits for subscriptions, renewals, unused time in a billing period, unused credits, credit packs, or purchases made on the website. The only exception is EagleView roof reports, described below.

To avoid being charged, cancel a free trial before it ends. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google, and refund requests for them are decided by Apple or Google under their own policies.

EagleView roof reports. If EagleView has no roof data for an address or can’t complete the report, BluMatrix lets you choose between your money back for that report and keeping the purchase for another property. For an App Store purchase, the money back is asked of Apple.

The App Store and Apple

This agreement is between you and Blue Collar Pro only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for BluMatrix or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for BluMatrix.

If BluMatrix fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the app to you (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to BluMatrix. Blue Collar Pro, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to BluMatrix, including product-liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, claims under consumer-protection or privacy law, and third-party claims that the app or your use of it infringes intellectual-property rights.

Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting,” and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

BluMatrix and its generated reports, measurements, and estimates are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Collar Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on generated outputs that you did not independently verify.

Acceptable use

Do not use BluMatrix to upload unlawful content, violate another person’s rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or misrepresent generated documents as independently verified measurements or professional advice when they have not been reviewed.

Availability

We work to keep BluMatrix reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, network issues, provider outages, or updates. Some features need internet access, supported hardware (LiDAR scanning needs an iPhone or iPad with a LiDAR sensor), and outside providers such as Apple, Google, Stripe, and EagleView.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as BluMatrix changes. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Using BluMatrix after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Data sources

Town names for ZIP codes come from GeoNames, used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license and shortened to each ZIP code’s town and state.
