LiDAR help
Use a supported LiDAR iPhone or iPad, move slowly, scan walls and corners, then finish and merge rooms before generating reports.
Billing help
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Open your plan in the app and tap Restore purchases if your subscription or credits do not appear.
What to include in a support request
- Your BluMatrix account email or phone number.
- Your device model and iOS or Android version.
- The project, estimate, Floor Plan Report, or Photo Report name.
- What happened, what you expected, and any screenshot that helps.
Common quick fixes
- If a purchase does not appear, open your plan in the app and tap Restore purchases.
- If a LiDAR scan looks incomplete, rescan slowly and keep the device pointed at walls, openings, and corners.
- If files are still syncing, keep the app open on Wi‑Fi and try Sync Now again.
- If notifications are missing, check iOS Settings → Notifications → BluMatrix.
Plans, purchases, and cancellation
BluMatrix Pro is $49.99 / month or $479 / year, auto-renewing, and starts with a 3-day free trial that includes 100 credits. Every month includes 600 credits: building an estimate is 20 credits, an AI Photo Report is 10 and an AI edit is 2, so 30 estimates or a mix. Floor plans, roof measurements, sketch editing, PDF exports and ESX exports do not use credits. BluMatrix Team is $129.99 / month for 3 seats, $199.99 / month for 5 seats, or $349.99 / month for 10 seats, with 2,000, 2,800 or 4,800 credits a month shared across one workspace. Credit packs are $19.99 for 50 credits, $59.99 for 200, or $119.99 for 500, bought once; pack credits never expire.
- Manage or cancel the subscription: on iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and BluMatrix. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the current period.
- Restore a purchase: open your plan in the app and tap Restore purchases.
- Refunds: purchases are handled by the store, so refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or through your Google Play order history.

Account deletion
You can request account deletion from inside the BluMatrix account settings. If you cannot access your account, email developer@thebluecollarpro.com and include the account email or phone number.
